- To download or copy content to train, feed, or populate artificial intelligence models, machine learning datasets, or programmatic image generation platforms.
5. Intellectual Property Rights & Registered Trademarks
This Agreement transfers no intellectual property owned by Design by Doubet LLC or third-party creators to the User. Creating Spanish Style Homes® is a legally protected Registered Trademark. All right, title, and interest in and to our proprietary creative assets—including all unregistered design rights, trademarks, site graphics, custom logos, article phrasing, and photography metadata—remain exclusively with Design by Doubet LLC. Your use of our site grants you no license or right to reproduce our corporate branding or portfolio assets for any commercial reuse without explicit written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed strictly by the substantive laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. You explicitly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal actions or proceedings related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
