Jeff Doubet Spanish home design and consulting services are billed at $600/hr. with a 1 hour minimum for all inquiries. Whether you are a homeowner, architect, designer, builder or developer- my typical client has a set of plans they would like to discuss, or have me critique or review. Others have a list of questions or things they would like to discuss.
As of November 15, 2024: I am technically on sabbatical (working on the blog, as well as other products and partnerships)
However, I am still available for one on one, brief consults via phone, Zoom or in person meetings. During initial consultations, I can often answer the questions you have. After the 1 hour minimum is met, you have the option of continuing the consultation at 1 minute billable increments thereafter.
Clients regularly fly or drive to meet with me here in Santa Barbara. I have a large table we can spread out your set of plans. We can discuss things you are struggling with. My consulting services are for aesthetic ways to improve exterior, interior and landscaping, only. If local, I can recommend architects and structural engineers I like working with.
